Over the years, we've had many customers ask us if we had something that was the size of a villa, but offered the convenience of a condominium. The fact is, many do not want the responsibilities of a self-standing villa as a second home abroad. They want that size, yet would much prefer the convenience of a Lock-it and Leave-it condo.
On the other hand, they don’t want to compromise of the number of rooms, the grand entertainment kitchen, the spaciousness of the rooms and storage and certainly not the views. As many reach a period of their life when they hope to soon start spending more time where it’s warm, a number of them are also concerned of future mobility issues – theirs or their spouse's. This brings them to look for a single-level home that can be accessed from their car to their bed, without having to deal with steps.
With the launch Indigo Green's new “Single-Level Grand Condo Condos", we believe that we have addressed all their demands.
